Blackrock and Vanguard have over 20 trillion dollars of Assets Under Management – Making their AUM more than the GDP of every country in the world except America. They both made trillions due to the pandemic.

We’re not saying every business on this list is evil or part of a globalist plan to maximize profits, force agendas, or consolidate power, but we are saying that these companies could be influenced by Blackrock and Vanguard and perhaps willing to do the bidding of these behemoths. Shopping small and supporting local is about ensuring more of our money stays in our communities rather than being siphoned out through various loopholes and methods.

However, Google have considerably helped small businesses but they do push divisive agendas rather than solely focusing on helping small businesses.

Yelp: 

• BlackRock is a significant shareholder in Yelp, owning approximately 18% of the company’s shares. 
• Vanguard own approximately 14% of Yelps shares.

Angi Inc. (formerly Angie’s List): 

• Vanguard also maintains a considerable stake in Angi Inc owning approximately 8.5%
• Institutional investors own 78%. Blackrock owns percentages in multiple businesses that own shares. With that said Angi does considerably help small businesses and local trades.

Thryv Holdings (Yellow Pages): 

• BlackRock holds a substantial stake in Thryv Holdings, which owns Yellow Pages, representing approximately 30% of the company’s shares or around 6.29 million shares.
